Auction bidding Terms & Conditions:

• Vehicles will not be shipped unless atleast 30% amount of total purchasing is received in our official account:.
• Any other account apart from these above given will not be claimable if payment made by client on request of any sales agent or representative or any official or unofficial person.
• Shonan Trading Japan will wait for payment to reflect in the above given accounts to ship the vehicle.
• If payment is delayed and not received within 7 days the order will be cancelled and unit will be forfeighted and will be sold to other costumer.
• Technical Issues from banks are not acceptable by Shonan Trading Japan and company will still wait for 3 to 7 days Maximum for payment to be received.
• Shonan Trading Japan will deduct 25% upon cancelation and refunds if requested by customer.
• There are no deduction charges, if refund is being made by Shonan Trading Japan for not being able to provide the exact vehicle required or upon denial from customer to accept another vehicle.
• All expenses will be beared by respected customer from from bank transfer charges, unit purchase price, inland transportation (Rikso), shipping, Terminal handling Charges and duties with custom clearing expenses ETC.
• Shonan Trading Japan is only earning from very nominal service charges only and expenses are qouted as they're, so don't argue on expenses, because they change dynamically after a time period.
• Costumers can ask for invoices from shipping freight, rikso (inland transportation) ETC to Assure and maintain the trust level for better business always.
• Shonan Trading Japan will provide video and pictures before shipping always.
• There is no Insurance or Compensation claim available if any thing is stolen or found damaged after the container is packed or RORO ship is left from Japan.
• Insurances and compensations are not the department of Shonan Trading Japan co. LTD for any reason like ship is sunk or container fall while placing on the ship ETC its shipping companies duty.
• Compensations are wisely available if the supplied unit is missing what it was confirmed for like: color, options, shape, model, variant ETC
